摘要
随着光纤光栅的广泛应用,海运经济的发展,针对大型浮式起重机长期负荷作业及复杂恶劣的工作环境,设计一种对大型浮吊臂架的安全状态实时监测的称重式传感器成为趋势。文中以光纤光栅传感器技术为核心,设计一种等强度悬臂梁式和受压薄膜复合结构的称重传感器,通过实验验证其性能指标,此系统能够很好地应用到大型浮式起重器中。
With the wide application of fiber grating and the development of marine economy, aiming at the long-term load op- eration and complex working environment of the large floating crane, it has become an inevitable trend that weighing sensors can be real-time monitoring the safety of the large floating crane boom. The paper designed a weighing sensor based on the equal strength cantilever and the compression of thin film composite structure, at the same time, based on the technology of fiber Bragg grating sen- sor as the core. Experiments show that this system can be applied to large floating crane.
