摘要
为了能够实现Zr-4合金管坯壁厚数控外圆砂带修磨测量数据准确可靠,测量装置简易实用和测量方法快速高效的目的,文中提出采用超声波局部溢流水浸测厚方法和"管坯定角度旋转,探头间歇直行"的测厚工艺,并据此设计出了满足管坯壁厚在线测量要求的专用检测装置。该测厚系统不仅测量数据精确度高,而且稳定可靠,采用此系统所提供的壁厚数据修磨出来的管坯截面壁厚均匀无超差。
In order to achieve accurate and reliable measuring data for the Zr - 4 alloy pipe wall thickness CNC cylindrical ab- rasive belt grinding,and to get the requirement of measuring device simple and practical and measurement method rapid and effi- cient, this paper used the local overflow water immersion ultrasonic thickness measurement methods and the technology of rotating pipe fixed angle and probe the intermittent straight thickness, designed the special measurement testing device which could satisfy the requirement of pipe wall thickness online. The thickness system has high precision measurement data, and its stable and relia- ble, also the wall thickness pipe cross section data is uniform and without error.
