Application of OPC Client in Mill Load Control System Based on VB

针对不同监控系统之间实时数据交换的难题,文中利用Visual Basic开发了OPC客户端程序以实现对WINCC OPC服务器数据的读取,利用PC机丰富的软件资源来扩充工控组态软件的功能,从而实现磨机负荷的专家控制。该系统开发成本低、数据传输速度快、可靠性强,能够满足对磨机负荷控制的要求。

According to the problem of real-time data exchange between different monitoring systems, this paper used Visual Basic development of the OPC client program to realize the WINCC OPC sever data read, used PC＇ s rich software resources to ex- pand the functions of industrial control configuration software, so as to realize the expert of mill load. Practical results show that the development of low cost, high data transfer speed, reliability, can satisfy the requirement for mill load control.
