5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法联合微波治疗尖锐湿疣的研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的评估5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法(ALA-PDT)联合微波治疗尖锐湿疣的HPV清除率、复发率。方法将65例尖锐湿疣患者分为2组,治疗组33例采用ALA-PDT联合微波治疗,对照组32例采用微波治疗。2组均每周复诊1次,在4周内,治疗次数不超过4次。治疗前后、末次治疗后第4、8和12周取材检测HPV DNA。结果治疗4周后及末次治疗后第4、8、12周,治疗组高危型HPV患者治愈率与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组HPV清除率、治愈率分别与同时间对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);停药12周后治疗组复发率较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论 5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法联合微波治疗对HPV清除率高,复发率低。 Objective Evaluate the clearance rate of HPV and the recurrence rate of condylomata acummatum with topical 3 - aminolevulinic acid therapy combined with microwave therapy. Methods 65 cases of condyloma aeuminatum patients were randomly di- vided into two groups. The treatment group ( n = 33 ) was treated with ALA - PDT combined microwave therapy, and the control group was treated with microwave therapy only. The reexamination of two groups was onee a week for four weeks, and the treatment was no more than four times within four weeks. HPV DNA was examined before treatment, end of treatment and on the 4th ,8th and 12th week after treat- ment. Results At the end of treatment and on the 4th,8th and 12th week after treatment, the high -risk HPV cure rate had significant differences between treatment group and control group ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; the HPV clearance rate and the cure rate of the treatment group were significantly different from the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; the recurrence rate of condylomata aeuminatum in the treatment group was lower than the control group on the twelfth week after treatment ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion ALA - PDT combined with microwave therapy in treatment of condyloma aeuminata has a high cure rate and a low relapse rate.
