手术时机选择对微创导针刮吸术治疗腋臭术后复发的影响

摘要 目的 探讨不同手术时机对微创导针刮吸术治疗腋臭术后复发的影响.方法 收集腋臭患者,按照手术时患者的年龄以及术后病理证实顶泌汗腺的分泌时相进行分组,手术治疗,术后髓访,比较各组复发率的差异.结果 手术年龄分组中以10~20岁组复发率最高;分泌时相分组中分泌低谷期组复发率较高.结论 微创导针刮吸术治疗腋臭,在患者21岁以后、分泌高峰期时手术,复发率低,是最佳的手术时机. Objective To investigate the influence of the operation timing on the recurrence rate for treating axillary osmidrosis. Methods The outpatients who were diagnosed as axillary osmidrosis were collected. 1055 patients were classified into different groups according to their ages and phases of the apoerine glands. All patients were performed operation and all patients were reviewed 3 - 6 months later and were calculated the recurrence rate. Results The group of 10 ~ 20 years old was considered the highest recurrence rate. The group of the valley phase of apocrine glands was considered higher recurrence rate. Conclusion When we operate on patients with axillary osmidrosis, we should choose patients who are above 21 years old and who are in their high peak phase of apocrine glands.
