摘要
月球取样是我国探月工程三期的核心计划内容,月球样品容器是获取样品的关键部件之一,月球样品容器在整个飞行过程中要经受各种复杂动力学环境,它的承力结构是保证样品容器不会因力学环境而失效。为了减轻重量,样品容器采用了一种框架式承力结构,本文对这种承力结构的设计进行了改进,通过理论分析和仿真验证,证明了这种改进后的承力结构的合理性。
The mission of lunar sample and return is the most important plan in the third program of lunar explore. The lunar sample container works under complex dynamic environment, so the support structure must keep lunar sample container away failure. The support structure is a form of frame and has been designed to reduce the mass of lunar sample container, the support structure has been improved in the article and analyzed in theory and FEM. The analysis of data show that the improved design is correct.
