摘要
针对YTF组件生产过程中传统人工补偿工作费时费力且补偿效果较差的问题,设计了具有微控制单元的数控YTF组件,研究了改善YTF调谐线性度和频率温度漂移的数字补偿方法。在此基础上开发了计算机软件,用于控制矢量网络分析仪、温控箱、电源等可编程仪器从而组成自动补偿系统,最终实现了对YTF组件频率准确度的自动补偿。应用结果表明,该自动补偿系统不仅补偿速度快,而且能显著提高组件的批量一致性。
On account of time-consuming and inefficiency of the traditional artificial compensation for YIG-tuned filter (YTF) modules, numerical control YTF module with micro control unit (MCU) was designed, and a digital compensation method to improve the YTF tuning-linearity and frequency drift with temperature was researched. On the basis, a software was developed for controlling the vector network analyzer, temperature-controlled box, power supply and other programmable instruments, which constitute an automatic compensation system for YTF module, realizing automatic compensation for frexiuency accuracy of YTF module. The results of application indicate that, the automatic compensation system can not only save much time, but also significantly improve the batch consistency of YTF modules.
