摘要
采用固相反应法制备了添加Co2Y(1wt%、2wt%、3wt%)的Ni0.7Zn0.3Fe2O4铁氧体多晶样品,研究添加Co2Y对Ni-Zn铁氧体损耗的影响。实验发现,添加Co2Y后,Ni-Zn铁氧体仍为尖晶石相,起始磁导率先增大后减小,铁氧体的磁损耗明显下降。对添加Co2Y引起铁氧体功耗下降的机理进行了讨论,认为主要是钴离子掺杂引起的铁氧体磁滞损耗和剩余损耗明显降低所导致的。
COEY ( 1wt%, 2wt%,3wt%) doped Ni0.7Zn0.3Fe2O4 polycrystalline ferrites were prepared by solid state reaction method, and effect of COEY dopant on the power loss of ferrites were investigated. It was found that CoEY-dopant Ni-Zn ferrites still exhibit spinel phase; initial permeability increases firstly and then decreases, and magnetic loss obviously decreases with COEY doping content. The mechanism of magnetic loss decrease due to COEY dopant was discussed. The decrease of magnetic hysteresis loss and residual loss caused by Co2+ cation doping was regarded as the main reason of the observed power loss decrease of ferrites.
