摘要
研究了不同温度(18、22、26、30、34℃)和不同盐度(10、15、20、25、30、35)对薄片镜蛤Dosinia laminata受精卵孵化率及幼虫生长与存活的影响。结果表明:薄片镜蛤适宜孵化温度为26-34℃,受精后第9天时,26℃组幼虫成活率最高,为77.67%±1.52%,且幼虫生长最快,第9天时平均壳长和壳高分别为145.50、122.83μm;薄片镜蛤的适宜孵化盐度为20-30,受精后第9天时,25盐度组幼虫成活率最高,为73.33%±2.89%,第7天至第9天时,25盐度组幼虫生长最快,第9天时平均壳长和壳高分别为144.67、122.83μm。研究表明,薄片镜蛤幼虫生长的适宜温度为22~30℃,最适生长温度为26℃,幼虫生长的适宜盐度为20-30。
The effects of temperature (18,22,26,30 and 34 ℃) and salinity (10,15,20,25,30 and 35)on hatch-ing rate, growth and survival were investigated in clam Dosinia laminata larvae. The results showed that the suit-able incubation temperature was found to be changed from 26 ℃ to 34 ℃, the maximal larval survival rates (77. 67%±1. 52%) at water temperature of 26 ℃ on day 9 post-hatching. From day 3 to day 9 post-hatching, the maximal growth rate was observed at 26 ℃,with shell length of 145. 50 μm and shell height of 122. 83 μm on day 9. For salinity, the maximal survival rate (73. 33%±2. 89%) was observed at a salinity of 25 on day 9. The best growth was found in the larvae at a salinity of 25 , with shell length of 144 . 67 μm and shell height of 122 . 83μm from day 7 to day 9 . The findings indicate that the suitable temperature for larvae of the clam was about 22-30℃, with the optimal temperature of 26 ℃,and the suitable salinity was about 20-30 for the larvae.
