摘要
双风扇冷却系统噪声特性的识别与控制,是NVH工程师需要面对与解决的重要问题。阐述了风扇噪声的产生机理,介绍了常见风扇噪声的控制方法,对某车型冷却风扇(左侧风扇7片叶片,右侧风扇6片叶片)进行了NVH测试,研究了每个风扇及双风扇同时工作时的工作特性,并结合风扇的物理参数和结构特点,分析了风扇的主要噪声为7阶和12阶噪声问题,为风扇类噪声的分析与控制,提供了一定的参考。
It is a challenge for NVH engineers to identify and control the noise characteristie, s of a dual thn cooling system. This paper describes the noise mechanisms of cooling fan, the general methods for controlling fan noise. A dual cooling fan (the left fan has seven blades, the right one has six blades) completed NVH test, the work property both as the individual fan and dual fans are running simultaneously has been studied, combined with the physical parameters and geometry structure, it is found that the primary noise of the cooling fan is the 7th order noise and 12th order noise.
