欧亚三大港口物流发展模式的比较及其启示——以鹿特丹港、新加坡港、香港港为例

Comparative Study on Development Models of Port Logistics in the World——Exemplified by Port of Rotterdam,Port of Singapore and Port of Hong Kong

经过比较,鹿特丹港、新加坡港、香港港的港口物流发展模式在产业发展、政策扶持、人才培养引进、港口基础设施建设、拓展增值服务功能等方面存有相同之处,但在港口管理模式、港口物流运作模式以及港口物流发展的驱动力方面存在差异。浙江舟山群岛新区应借鉴它们的成功经验,在全力建设国际物流枢纽港过程中,突出政府的重要作用,加强专业物流人才的培养引进,加大港口物流信息化建设力度,拓展港口现代物流服务功能,并有效整合港口物流资源。

The development models of port logistics in Rotterdam,Singapore and Hong Kong share similarities re-garding industry development,policy support,introduction of talents,infrastructure construction and expansion of added value service after comparison,and differ each other in respect of port management models,port logis-tics operation models and port logistics development drive. Zhejiang Zhoushan Archipelago New District should borrow their successful experience. During the process of constructing international logistics hub in full efforts ,it should accentuate the significant function of government,foster and introduce more professional logistics talents, improve the construction of port logistics information system,expand service functions of modern port logistics and effectively integrate port logistics resources.
