锁定钢板内固定治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折疗效观察

Locking plate fixation in treatment of complex tibial plateau fractures

目的：研究锁定钢板内固定治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折的临床效果。方法：将2000年1月∽2013年3月在我院接受锁定钢板内固定治疗的复杂胫骨平台骨折患者32例设为观察组，将同期在我院接受暴露双钢板治疗的患者34例设为对照组，手术结束后观察2组患者的预后情况，术后随访2组患者膝关节功能的恢复情况。结果：与对照组患者比较，观察组患者的住院天数少、骨折愈合速度快、负重时间短，比较差异显著（P＜0．05）；术后1年的随访显示观察组患者膝关节功能恢复的优良率显著高于对照组，分别为91．2％和75．0％，比较差异显著（P＜0．05）。结论：锁定钢板内固定治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折，能够促进骨折的愈合和术后的恢复，利于患者术后膝关节功能的恢复改善。

Objective：To study the clinical effect of locking plate fixation for the treatment of complex tibial plateau fractures .Meth-ods：The January 2000 March 2013 in our hospital locking plate fixation of complex tibial plateau fractures were 32 cases of observation group, the same period in our hospital exposed patients treated 34 cases of double plates set in the control group ,after the surgery the pa-tient＆#39;s prognosis were observed , two patients were followed up for recovery of knee function .Results：Compared with the control group of patients, the observation group were a small number of hospital days , fracture healing speed, load time is short, the difference was signifi-cant （P 〈0.05）;1-year follow-up after the display of knee function recovery in patients in the observation group the excellent rate was significantly higher, respectively, 91.2%and 75.0%, the difference was significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Locking plate fixation for the treatment of complex tibial plateau fractures could promote fracture healing and postoperative recovery , which would help to improve the recovery of patients after knee function .
