MTX联合中药治疗异位妊娠105例临床观察

Clinical observation on treatment of 105 cases of ectopic pregnancy treated by MTX combined with traditional Chinese herbs

目的：比较MTX单独用药及MTX联合中药方剂治疗异位妊娠疗效的差异。方法：105例确诊为异位妊娠患者。对照组：52例。治疗组：53例．对照组：单纯给予MTX治疗50mg／m2／Kg单次肌内注射。治疗组：给予MTX治疗50mg／m2／Kg单次肌内注射，同时给予宫外孕一号方剂7副，水煎服，每天3次。72小时动态监测血清β∽HCG、孕酮及阴道B超，对用药后疗效进行分析比较。结果：治疗组：治疗成功率92．45％；输卵管通畅率73．73％。对照组：治疗成功率59．61％；输卵管通畅率33．33％。结论：MTX联合中药方剂治疗异位妊娠是一种简单、安全、有效的治疗方法，提高输卵管通畅率，更适合于有生育要求的患者。

Objective：To compare the effect differences between MTX alone and MTX combined with traditional Chinese herbs , both of which intend to treat ectopic pregnancy .Methods：105 cases were diagnosed as ectopic pregnancy patients .Control group：52 cases.Treat-ment group：53 cases.Control group：only treated by MTX 50mg/m2 /Kg a single intramuscular injection .Treatment groups：treated by sev-en vice decocted prescription 1 aimed at treating ectopic pregnancy three times a day , in addition to MTX 50mg/m2 /Kg a single intramuscu-lar injection.The efficacy of the treatments were analyzed and compared after 72 hours of dynamic monitoring of serum β-HCG, progester-one and vaginal B ultrasound .Results：Treatment groups：The success rate of treatment：92.45%;Tubal patency rate：73.73%.Control group：The success rate of treatment 59.61%; Tubal patency rate：33.33%.Conclusion：MTX combined with traditional Chinese herbs should be a simple, safe and effective way to treat ectopic pregnancy , better suited to the requirements of patients with fertility .
