胰岛素强化治疗糖尿病对于复查血糖与C肽的影响

Influence of blood glucose and peptide C retested after intensive treatment with insulin on patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

目的：探讨胰岛素强化治疗糖尿病对于复查血糖与 C肽的影响。方法：2型糖尿病患者48例根据随机抽签原则分为观察组与对照组各24例，对照组用诺和灵30 R早晚餐前30分钟注射，观察组用诺和锐3餐前加甘精胰岛素晚上注射强化治疗。结果：治疗后经过复查，观察组的空腹血糖与中餐后2小时血糖值都明显少于对照组（P＜0．05）。治疗后2组的C-P值都明显提高，同时C-P值在组内与组间对比差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论：胰岛素强化治疗糖尿病能有效降低血糖，其作用的发挥与提高C-肽分泌有关。

Objective To discuss the influence of blood glucose and peptide C retested after intensive treatment with insulin on pa -tients with diabetes .Methods：48 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were divided randomly into observation group and control group with 24 patients each group.The patients in control group were treated by Novolin 30R,injected 30 minutes before breakfast and supper . The patients in observation group were treated by intensive treatment with insulin aspart , injected with insulin glargine before breakfast , lunch and supper ..Results：The patients were retested after treatment , the fasting blood -glucose and blood glucose 2 hours later after lunch in observation group were obviously lower than control group ＆#39;s（P〈0.05）.After treatment, the C-P in two groups were all in-creased.The difference of C-P between two groups was statistically significant （P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion：Intensive treatment with insulin on patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus could decrease the blood glucose .It＆#39;s related to the improvement of peptide C .
