摘要
一些地方政府对县域的相关教育资源进行整合,形成包括电大在内的职教中心,不仅从事远程高等学历教育,同时,还承担职业教育、社区教育、技工教育、短期培训等。它突破了单一的学历教育的办学模式,实现教育资源共享,无论在办学形式、办学类型、投资方式、人才培养、功能和作用上都呈现出多元化的特点。本案例的研究就是以绥棱电大分校在向开放大学学习中心转型为对象,分析其构成要素、功能和作用,为类似学校提供可复制的学习中心构建模式。
Some local governments on the county's educational resources related to integration , form the vocational education center consists of Radio and TV University , it not only engaged in higher education distance education , while also undertake vocational educa-tion, community education, technical education, short-term training.It broke the school single model of academic education , educa-tional resource sharing , both in the form of school , school type , investment , personnel training , function and role emerged as a wide range of features .This case study is to Suiling Radio and TV University transformed into an open university learning center as an object , analyzes its components , functions to provide a similar learning centers to build a replicable model .
