红外光谱法测定聚乙烯醇结晶度的研究 被引量:10

摘要 基于红外光谱技术,通过计算聚乙烯醇(PVA)在1 142,1 093 cm–1处的吸收峰面积,建立了一种测定PVA结晶度的傅立叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)分析方法。对比分析了不同制样方法所得的FTIR谱图;探讨了氢键对PVA结晶度的影响。结果表明,FTIR分析方法能有效测定PVA的结晶度;采用薄膜法制样更适合所建立的FTIR分析方法;延长退火时间、升高退火温度能减弱氢键对PVA结晶度的影响。 Based on Fourier Transform Infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),a method to determine the crystallinity of polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) by calculating the area of the absorption peak of 1 142 cm-1 and 1 093 cm-1 was established. The infrared spectra obtained from different sample preparation techniques were studied,the affection of hydrogen bond on crystallinity of PVA was discussed. The results show that the established FTIR method is effective and feasible to determine the crystallinity of PVA. Film samples preparation technique is more suitable for the FTIR method to determine the crystallinity of PVA. The impact on the crystallinity of PVA by hydrogen bond gets weaker with increasing annealing temperature and time.
