间充质干细胞通过旁分泌抑制肺纤维化的分子机制 被引量:1

摘要 肺纤维化是以大量的成纤维细胞聚集、细胞外基质沉积并伴有炎症和损伤而导致正常的肺组织结构改变和功能丧失为特点的一类疾病,急性肺损伤是其常见病因,表现为毛细血管内皮细胞与急性弥散性肺泡上皮细胞的损伤[1-2]。多数患者在急性肺损伤后5~7d出现肺间质和肺泡纤维化,部分患者在10~14 d后表现出严重的肺纤维化、肺泡结构破坏和重建,急性肺损伤继发肺纤维化相关的病死率非常高,但目前除常规对症支持治疗外,尚无延缓或逆转纤维化进展的治疗措施。因此,临床急需治疗急性肺损伤安全有效的药物。
