培育市级境外产业园区的研究

On the Cultivation of Overseas Industrial Parks at Municipal Level

境外经贸合作区是我国政府鼓励和支持有条件的企业扩大对外投资的重要举措。天津市政府为响应中国企业"走出去"的号召,瞄准国家级境外经贸合作区标准,拟定天津市级境外产业园区标准,积极建设市级境外产业园区,并设立市级境外产业园区的基本思路和工作重点,大力推动境外投资合作项目。

To encourage competitive enterprises to increase their foreign investment, Chinese government has made an important move： give support for domestic enterprises in establishing economic and trade cooperation zones beyond the borders. Actively responding to the call of ＂going global＂ and referring to the criteria of state-level overseas economic cooperation zones, Tianjin municipal government has drafted its own city-level criteria. Some basic ideas and work focuses have also been laid down. Some overseas cooperative projects have been vigorously promoted.
