Practical Research on the Cultural Joint among Companies and Vocational Colleges

高职教育侧重于实践技能和实际工作能力的培养,注重学生的职业素质和职业能力,是一种就业预备期教育。校企合作是高职教育发展的重要途径,本文通过对企业文化和高职校园文化的内涵及二者融合的必要性进行分析,探讨了企业文化融入高职校园文化的模式和途径。

Vocational education puts emphasis on the practical skills and cultivation of working ability, focusing on the ability of the students＇professional qualities. It is a kind of pre-education before employment. Cooperation between colleges and enterprises is an important channel to the development of vocational colleges. This paper analyzes the importance of integration between the two and discusses the methods and modes.
