摘要
作为第一线的管理人员,教学秘书的工作状态对高校教学管理工作的质量和效率将产生直接影响。近年来,越来越多的教学秘书出现了职业倦怠,严重制约了高校教学质量的提高。因此,基于双因素理论的视角对高校教学秘书职业倦怠的成因进行分析,具有一定的现实意义。
As the management personnel, teaching secretary's working state will directly atiect the quality and efficiency of the teaching management in colleges. In recent years, more and more teaching secretaries suffer from job burnout, which seriously restricts the teaching quality improvement in colleges and universities. This article analyses the causes of the teaching secretary's job burnout based on the perspective of two-factor theory.
