高职院校辅导员单纯理论灌输式的思想政治教育已难以在当代大学生当中发挥作用。为提升思想政治教育效率,满足大学生成长成才需求,促进校园和谐稳定,就需要从教育理论、大学生自我管理、理论与实践结合、师生沟通、校园人文环境等多方面运用有效的策略,促进大学生健康全面发展。

At vocational colleges, the counselor＇s purely indoctrination theory has been difficult to play a role in ideological and political education among contemporary college students.In order to enhance the efficiency of the ideological and political education, to meet the needs of the growth and success of the students, to promote the harmony and stability of the campus and to achieve an overall and healthy development of the students, such effective strategies in educational theory are needed as self-management, theory combined with practice, teacher-student communication and campus cultural environment.
