高职毕业生心理健康状况调查透析——以会计专业为例

A Study on the Mental Health of Accounting Graduates

为了解高职院校会计专业毕业生的心理健康状况及其产生的原因,使用症状自评量表SCL-90对广州市某高职院校239名会计专业毕业生进行测查和个案访谈。结果表明,该院校会计专业毕业生心理健康低于全国青年常模水平,会计专业毕业生与非会计专业毕业生抑郁、焦虑因子分数存在较大差异,应采取相应措施,提高会计专业毕业生的心理健康水平。

To get a better understanding of the mental health of graduates in Accounting at vocational colleges, the author adopts symptom checklist （SCL-90） to conducts surveys and personal interviews of 239 students from one of the vocational colleges in Guangzhou. The results show that the mental health of the surveyed students is not any better than the average youth nationwide. Compared with non-Accounting graduates, Accounting graduates present poorer performance in depression and anxiety. Measures must be taken to improve their mental health.
