磁共振评价乳腺癌新辅助化疗疗效的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 近年来,乳腺癌发病率逐年增长,成为危害妇女健康和生命的恶性肿瘤之首.新辅助化疗(neoadjuvant systemic chemotherapy,NST)是指在手术前给予全身的化疗药物治疗,现正成为局部进展期乳腺癌的标准治疗方法.早期准确地对乳腺癌NST治疗效果进行评价,避免不敏感化疗药物多疗程使用和敏感药物的疗程不足,是临床医生关注的焦点.磁共振成像技术以软组织分辨力高,具有动态对比成像(dynamic contrast-enhanced MR imaging,DCE-MRI)、扩散加权成像(diffusion-weighted imaging,DWI)、灌注成像(perfusion weighted imaging,PWI)和波谱成像(MR spectroscopy,MRS)多种成像技术应用等优点,正被用于评价乳腺癌新辅助化疗的治疗效果.现就其研究进展进行综述.
