摘要
针对复杂过程难于数学建模实施范式PID控制,探讨了一种基于仿人智能的融合控制策略。指出了传统PID控制的局限性,归纳了复杂过程控制存在的问题与控制论特性,基于多模态的仿人智能控制,提出了融合控制策略,给出了针对不确定性复杂过程的融合控制算法。以辊道窑温度控制为例,分别采用PID与基于仿人智能融合的优化控制策略进行了仿真研究,验证了优化控制策略的优秀控制品质。仿真结果表明,提出的基于多模态优化控制策略是有效的。
Aimed at being difficult to actualize the normalized PID control by mathematical modeling for complex process,the paper explored a sort of fusion control strategy based on human simulated intelli-gence.In the paper,it pointed out the limitation of conventional PID controller,summarized up the exist-ing problems of complex process control and cybernetics characteristic,proposed the fusion control strate-gy,and gave the fusion control algorithm.Taking the control of roller kiln temperature as an example,it conducted the simulation study respectively by PID control strategy and control strategy of human simulated intelligence optimization based on intelligent fusion,and verified the excellent control quality of optimiza-tion control strategy.The simulation result shows that it is effective to the proposed control strategy based on multi modal optimization.
