Discussion on Vocational Education Group Development Strategies in View of Modern Apprenticeship

现代学徒制为破解我国职教集团发展瓶颈提供了有益参考。借鉴现代学徒制国家制度支持、实施校企合作的国际发展经验,从现代学徒制的角度考量职教集团的发展策略,需从制度理念、运行机制和服务应用三个层面出发,完善制度框架,调整成员结构,实行产权改革,改变运行形式,推动职教集团品牌发展。

Modern apprenticeship provides helpful reference to crack vocational education groups’ development bottleneck. Drawing upon the international development experiences of modern apprenticeship national system support and school-enterprise cooperation implementation, the author puts forward the development strategies for vocational education groups from the perspective of modern apprenticeship. The paper argues that people should start from the three aspects of institutional concept, operating mechanism and service and application, perfect the system framework, adjust the member structure, implement property right reform, change the operation form and promote the brand development of vocational education groups.
