摘要
为了提高高职英语课程的教学质量,通过对北京市各高职院校的问卷调查、电话访谈和实地考察,构建出一种多元化动态分层合作教学模式并进行了实验。强调各层级间学生的合作与多元化的操作理念,不仅解决了由于学生差异太大带来的诸多问题,还利用学生之间的差异进行互帮互学,提高了可操作性。实践表明,该模式以较少的投入显著地提高了各层学生的学习兴趣,进而提高了英语语言的应用能力。
In order to improve the quality of Higher Vocational College English Course, the author surveyed successful examples of level-based teaching mode in some vocational colleges of Beijing by telephone and in person. Based on a careful research, a Level-based Diversified Dynamic Cooperative Teaching Mode has been constructed, which stresses cooperation between students at different levels. Moreover, it is more flexible and easier for operation due to its diversified measures. Level-based Diversified Dynamic Cooperative Teaching Mode has turned out to be effective in arousing the students’ interest and improving the students’ language competence at a relatively lower cost.
