摘要
从参与式教学法在酒店康乐管理教学中的必要性、应用策略及教学成绩评定三个方面阐述参与式教学法在酒店康乐管理这门课程中如何应用。重点从S—T互换角色、康乐活动体验、岗位实际体验三个环节进行教学思路设计,使学生在主动参与的过程中学习知识,从而探索一种高效的教学方法。
The article discusses the application of participant learning in the teaching of Hotel Recreation Management from the necessity of teaching, application strategy and teaching achievement evaluation. The Hotel Recreation Management course will be designed in three steps, S-T reverse roles, experience activities and field training. In order to enable the students to learn the knowledge in the process of active participation, an efficient teaching method will also be explored.
