Problems and Countermeasures to the Employment of Graduates of Current Universities in Guangdong Province

当前广东普通高校毕业生就业形势依然严峻,且存在一些问题。如结构性就业矛盾日益凸显,传统求职观念仍制约着大学生开拓就业领域,对就业地域的期望制约着大学生开拓就业空间。因此,应大力发展创业教育,合理调整学科专业设置,创新人才培养模式,引导学生理性就业。

The employment situation for college graduates in Guangdong Province is still severe, which reveals the existence of such increasingly prominent employment issues as structural employment contradiction, traditional employment views which still restrict their job options to only certain fields of work, and overpowering expectations on employment areas which put a limitation on employment spaces. Therefore, great efforts should be made to develop entrepreneurship education, have reasonable adjustment to disciplines, and explore modes of cultivating innovative talents, guiding graduates towards their rational employment.
