多部位隐匿性骨折的影像诊断 被引量:1

Imaging diagnosis of more parts of occult fracture

摘要 目的探讨多部位隐匿性骨折的MRI与CT征象,以提高对该病影像学表现的认识,提高临床诊断准确率。方法对158例外伤患者先行普通X线检查未发现有明确骨折,但临床症状明显的患者分组进行螺旋CT(SCT)及MRI检查,其中105例进行CT扫描;53例做了磁共振MRI扫描。结果 158例中有59例患者骨折:分别为:胫骨平台12例,髋臼9例,鼻骨7例,骶骨6例,肱骨髁上骨折9例,肋骨5例,腰椎4例,胸椎7例。结论SCT及MR是诊断隐匿性骨折的主要途径,能为临床治疗提供可靠的依据。 Objective To explore the MRI and CT signs of many parts of occult fracture,in order to improve the disease. The understanding of the imaging findings and improve the accuracy of clinical diagnosis. Methods Totally 158 exception wound leading normal X- ray examination found no fracture,but the clinical symptoms of patients group of spiral CT(SCT) and MRI,among them,105 cases of CT scanning; 53 do MRI( magnetic resonance imaging( MRI)scans. Results Totally 158 cases of fracture in 59 patients,respectively was 12 cases of tibial plateau,acetabulum 9cases,7 cases of nasal bones,the sacrum,6 cases of humerus condyle fracture on 9 cases,ribs in 5 cases,4 cases of lumbar,7 cases of thoracic spine. Conclusion SCT and MR diagnosis of occult fracture is the main way to provide reliable basis for clinical treatment.
