体重对椎体成型术后疼痛缓解与否的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨经皮椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折患者疼痛的缓解和患者体重指数之间的关系。方法回顾性分析体重指数显示肥胖女性患者和正常的女性患者骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折经皮椎体成形术,统计患者的体重指数,分为肥胖组和正常组。统计手术前后应用VAS测量的患者疼痛评分。进行统计学的处理。结果术前2组患者的疼痛VAS评分在统计学上没有显著性差异。所有患者手术后的疼痛缓解较术前明显减轻,在统计学上有显著性差异。在术后第1d和术后1周、2周时,肥胖患者的疼痛评分明显高于正常的患者,在统计学上有显著性差异。2周后的疼痛二者的差异在统计学上没有显著性。术后4周后和6个月时的疼痛缓解在统计学没有显著性差异。结论肥胖患者骨质疏松性椎体骨折经皮椎体成型术后疼痛的近期缓解较差,需要疼痛干预。
