摘要
电除盐装置(EDI)是先进的生产超纯水的设备,但是容易产生膜污堵。膜污染会直接影响到EDI设备的出力,甚至会对全厂的正常稳定运行造成威胁。本文讨论了EDI化学清洗的工艺。
EDI is an advanced equipment for production of ultra pure water, but prone to fouling. Once the EDI membrane are contaminated, the normal EDI pure water production will be affected directly. More serious it is a threaten to the whole plant normal operation. This paper discuss the process of EDI chemical cleaning.
