新型原油密闭容器除砂技术研究

随着油田开发的不断深入,采出液含砂逐年增加,造成管道和工艺设备磨损堵塞、降低设备处理能力、控制操作失灵、流程不密闭等一系列危害。对三种除砂原理进行分析比对,确定出涡旋离心与重力沉降相结合是主要分离原理。本研究设计了一套新型的密闭容器除砂技术装置。
