摘要
随着油田开发的不断深入,采出液含砂逐年增加,造成管道和工艺设备磨损堵塞、降低设备处理能力、控制操作失灵、流程不密闭等一系列危害。对三种除砂原理进行分析比对,确定出涡旋离心与重力沉降相结合是主要分离原理。本研究设计了一套新型的密闭容器除砂技术装置。
Along with the oilfield development, produced fluid containing sand increased year by year, resulting in clogged pipes and process equipment wear and tear, lower processing capability, control operation fails, the process is not closed and a series of hazards. Grit principle analysis of three compared to determine the vortex centrifugal and gravitational settling combined with the main separation principle. This study designed a new type of technology devices airtight container grit.
