摘要
采用有限元数值方法模拟了316L不锈钢矩形厚壁管热挤压的变形过程,预测了矩形厚壁管的挤压力,得出了在热挤压成形过程中金属流动特点及应力、应变分布。通过坯料加工、工模具设计、环形炉预热、感应加热、玻璃粉润滑和变形工艺设计,使用60MN卧式挤压机开发出316L不锈钢矩形管,产品的尺寸和性能满足要求。
A deformation process of hot extrusion of 316L stainless steel rectangular pipe with thick wall was simulatedby using the finite element numerical method. The extrusion force of rectangular thick wall pipe was predicted. Metal flowcharacteristics, stress and strain distribution in the hot extrusion process were obtained. By billet machining, die design,ring-oven preheating, induction heating, glass lubrication and deformation process design, 316L stainless steel rectanglethick-wall tubes were developed with 60MN horizontal extruder. The performance and sizes of the products meet the requirements.
