摘要 针对旋压技术轻量化、低成本、高效率的发展要求,提出了超高强度钢板卷焊圆筒毛坯的方法,分析和研究了卷焊圆筒旋压成形工艺,对成形的圆筒基材与焊缝进行了力学性能测试和金相组织分析。结果表明,该工艺方法可以实现筒形件旋压,具有成本低、模具简单、材料利用率高等优点,有一定推广意义。 Aiming at the development requirements of the light weight, low cost and high efficiency of spinningtechnology ,the method of curling-welding cylinder blank for ultra high strength steel was presented. The spinning formingprocess of curling-welding cylinder was analyzed and researched. Mechanical properties test and microstructure analysis ofcylinder base material and weld seam were carded out. The results indicate that the process can realize the spinning ofcylinder part. The process has advantages of low cost, simple die and high material utilization ratio, which has a certainextension of significance.
