摘要
采用金相显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、能谱仪和X-射线衍射分析等方法,研究了新型耐热钢P92钢焊缝金属的微观组织特征。结果表明:P92钢焊缝金属组织由马氏体、残余奥氏体和析出相组成,其马氏体板条束和马氏体板条尺寸都比较大,残余奥氏体含量远低于正火态P92钢组织中的含量,而析出相主要为V/Nb(C,N)、Fe3C和M23C6,其中M23C6含有多量W、Mo合金元素。
The microstructure of novel heat-resistance steel P92 was investigated by optiacal microscope, scanningelectron microscopy (SEM), spectroscopy (EDS) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The results indicate that the microstructure ofweld metal of P92 steel includes martensite, retained austenite and precipitated phase. The martensite lath and martensite lathbeam size is larger. The content of retained austenite by state is far lower than the normalized one of P92 steel. Theprecipitated phase mainly consists of V/Nb(C,N), Fe3C and M23C6. The M23C6 phase contain more W and Mo alloy elements.
