风电塔筒用Q345E钢窄间隙埋弧焊性能研究

摘要 随着风电机组功率的扩大,风电塔筒厚度不断增加,传统宽坡口埋弧焊工艺焊接难度加大,焊缝质量和生产效率降低。通过试验,研究风电塔筒用Q345E钢窄间隙埋弧焊性能,发现与传统宽坡口埋弧焊相比,窄间隙埋弧焊能够较大程度地提高焊缝力学性能和生产效率,这对风电塔筒的生产有重要的指导意义。 With the enlargement of the power of wind turbines, the thickness of wind turbine towers increases. It is hardto weld the towers by the traditional wide groove submerged arc welding, and the mechanical properties and the productionefficiency are lower. The performance of narrow gap submerged arc welding for Q345E steel was analyzed. The results showthat compared with the traditional wide groove submerged arc welding, narrow gap submerged arc welding can greatlyimprove the welding mechanical properties and production efficiency, which is of great importance for the production of windturbine tower.
