摘要 基于支气管树解剖模型的肺内气流动力学模拟研究是一种无创定量监测支气管形态结构与内部气流瞬变耦合关系的方法,有望成为临床常规肺功能检查的补充。本文对基于解剖学方法及CT影像的肺支气管树形态结构研究进展、基于结构模型的肺内气流分布规律研究进展、肺实质结构模型建立的研究前景进行综述。 Objective Pulmonary airflow dynamics simulation study based on anatomical models bronchial tree is a nonin-vasive method which can quantitatively monitor the bronchial morphology and flow transient coupling. It may bean indis-pensable supplement for the conventional pulmonary function test. Progresse of bronchopulmonary tree morphology and CTimages based on anatomical methods, lung airflow distribution based on the structure of the lung parenchyma, and paren-chymal structure model prospects were reviewed in this article.
