摘要
随着对女性盆底整体解剖结构再认识及实时三维超声技术的发展,经会阴超声在围生期的应用日益广泛。通过经会阴超声检查可了解晚孕期孕妇的盆底情况,预测分娩方式;有效评估分娩的进程;并可于分娩后产褥早期评估不同分娩方式对盆底的影响。本文对经会阴超声在围生期3个阶段的临床应用进行综述。
With the further research of female pelvic floor in anatomy and the development of real-time 3D ultrasound technology, the transperineal ultrasonography （TPUS） is used widely, which can evaluate the late pregnant women pelvic floor and predict the mode of delivery, evaluate the delivery process and the effects of different modes of delivery on pelvic floor during the early puerperium by TPUS. The clinical application of TPUS in the perinatal stage three phases was reviewed in this article.
