技术动作学习的实验研究——高级神经活动类型和学习方式对其的影响规律 被引量:1

摘要 以生理学和心理学理论为基础,为了更好地了解技术动作学习的规律,对实践进行指导,通过文献资料法、访谈法、实验法等,研究得出神经活动类型的不同特征:强度、平衡性、灵活性和不同的学习方式:无反馈学习法、有反馈集中学习法、有反馈分散学习法,对技术动作学习的影响规律。分析得出结论:技术动作学习受到学习者高级神经活动和学习方式的共同影响;不同学习方式下,高级神经活动类型对技术动作学习影响的规律可为运动选材、学习者选择学习方式和运动项目提供依据。以此为依据为技术动作学习提出相关建议。 In this paper, on the basis of physiology and psychology theory, in order to study the law of the technical movement of learning better and guide practice, through the literature material method, interview method, experimental method, studies draw a conclusion of bow the technical movement learning is influenced by the different characteristics of neural activity types : strength, balance, flexibility and different ways of learning: no feedback learning method, feedback concentrated learning method, feedback distributed learning method. Analysis concluded that the technical movement learning is influenced by the common effect of learners'higher nervous activity and learning styles, and under different learning modes, the law of how the higher nervous activity types influence tne technical action learning can provide basis for athlete selection, learners selecting learning methods and sports. On this basis, I give related suggestions for the technical action learning.
