摘要
通过文献资料法、实验法、数理统计法等方法,对20名体育专业学生进行跨栏过栏阶段的教学实验研究,对实验组采取核心力量训练和传统力量相结合的训练方法,对照组采用传统力量训练方法,结果表明,在经过8周的训练后,实验组过栏阶段的成绩要提高比对照组明显,动作技能水平提升较快,说明实验组核心力量加强后,身体稳定性提高,身体协调能力增强,且运动方式较为节能。在以后的跨栏教学中,适度的加入核心力量训练,为学生动作技能的掌握与提升提供条件,有助于学生对跨栏技术的学习。
Through the literature data method, experimental method, mathematical statistics method, experimental study of 20 students of physical education specialty, training method of core strength training and traditional strength combined to take on the experimental group in this study, the control group using the traditional strength training methods, results show that, after 8 weeks of training, the experimental group a column of stage performance to improve significantly as compared with control group, the skill level quickly, that the experimental group core strength, physical stability, improve, enhance physical coordination, and the motion is more energy saving. Hurdle teaching in the future, moderate to core strength training, and provide conditions for students to master the skill and promotion, help the students to learn the hurdle technology.
