潘文教授认为多囊卵巢综合征的病因多样,发病多与肾、脾、肝关系密切,多由肾精不足,冲任乏源;脾肾阳虚,痰湿内生;肝气郁结,化火化热;加之痰湿体质所致。

Professor Pan Wen thinks that the causes of polycystic ovary syndrome are various, its onset is closely related to kidney, liver and spleen, it is usually caused by the insufficiency of renal essence, source lack of thoroughfare and conception vessels; Yang deficiency of spleen and kidney, inner accumulation of phlegm-damp;liver-Qi depression, transforming into the fire and heat;combined with the constitution of phlegm-damp.
