补益肝肾法对自体毛囊移植术后移植区毛发成活率的影响

Clinical Observation on Tonifying Liver-kidney Method Intervening Survival Rate of the Graft Area in the Patients after Autologous Hair Follicle Unit Transplantation

目的:观察补益肝肾法对自体毛囊移植术后移植区毛发成活率的影响。方法:将入选的60例患者随机分为治疗组、对照组各30例。2组均采用5%米诺地尔溶液,外擦移植区,术后1周开始,3次/d,治疗组在此基础上每天口服自拟固发养发汤,水煎早晚分服,治疗周期为20周。测定2组治疗前及治疗后2、4、24周头皮毛囊密度,24周时行梳发实验。结果:总有效率治疗组为96.67%,对照组为82.33%,2组比较差异显著(P<0.05)。治疗2、4、24周时毛囊密度治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:补益肝肾法可显著提高自体毛囊移植术后移植区毛囊成活率。

Objective： To survey the effects of tonifying liver-kidney method on graft area survival rate of the patients after autologous hair follicle unit transplantation. Methods： Sixty patients were randomized into the treat- ment group and the control group. Both group accepted external application of 5% minoxidi solution to the graft area in one week after the operation, three times per day, the treatment group took self-made GuFa YangFa Tang, 200 mL per day, water decocted, taken in the morning and evening, one course of the treatment were 20 weeks. Follicle den- sity of hair in both groups was detected before treating, at the 2nd, 4th and 24th week, and combing exercise at the 24th week. Results： Total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.67%, higher than 82.33% of the control group, the difference was notable （P〈0.05）. Follicle density at the 2nd, 4th and 24th week in the treatment group was high- er than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Tonifying liver-kidney method could improve survival rate of graft area in the patients after autologous hair follicle unit transplantation obviously.
