宁静汤加味治疗室上性心动过速43例

Modified NingJing Tang in Treating 43 Cases of Supraventricular Tachycardia

目的:观察宁静汤加味治疗室上性心动过速的临床疗效。方法:将86例室上性心动过速患者按就诊顺序随机分为观察组和对照组各43例。观察组予以宁静汤加味治疗;对照组给予胺碘酮口服,2组均治疗4周。结果:总有效率观察组为88.40%,对照组为79.1%,2组比较差异显著(P<0.05);24小时动态心电图心律失常次数观察组为(352.40±223.64)次,对照组为(463.20±324.90)次,2组比较差异显著(P<0.01)。结论:宁静汤治疗室上性心动过速临床疗效显著,可减少心律失常次数。

Objective： To investigate curative effects of modified NingJing Tang in treating supraventricular tachycardia. Methods：All 86 cases were allocated to the observation group and the control group according to the visiting orders. The observation group took modified NingJing Tang;and the control group amiodarone, both groups were treated for four weeks. Results：Total effective rate of the observation group was 88.4%, higher than 79.1%of the control group with significant difference （P〈0.05）;the times of arrhythmia appeared in 24 hours dynamic elec-trocardiogram （DCG） were （352.4 ±223.64）, less than （463.2 ±324.9） of the control group with notable difference （P〈0.01）. Conclusion：Modified NingJing Tang could obtain notable effects in treating supraventricular tachycardia, and it could reduce the times of arrhythmia.
