枳术宽中胶囊配合穴位埋线治疗FD60例

Treating 60 Cases of Functional Dyspepsia by ZhiZhu KuanZhong Capsule and Catgut Implantation at Acupoints

目的:观察枳术宽中胶囊配合穴位埋线治疗功能性消化不良(FD)的临床疗效。方法:将120例患者随机分为治疗组、对照组各60例,2组均给予奥美拉唑20 mg/次,1次/d;治疗组同时给予枳术宽中胶囊,3粒/次,3次/d,口服;穴位埋线,10天埋线1次。2组均以治疗30天为1个疗程。观察2组治疗前后症状积分变化情况及临床疗效。结果:治愈率治疗组为36.7%,对照组为18.3%,2组比较差异显著(P<0.05)。总有效率治疗组为95.0%,对照组为78.3%,2组比较差异显著(P<0.05)。饱胀、胃脘痛、嗳气、恶心呕吐等症状积分2组治疗后均明显降低(P<0.05),治疗组降低更明显(P<0.05)。结论:枳术宽中胶囊配合穴位埋线治疗功能性消化不良疗效显著。

Objective： To observe curative effects of ZhiZhu KuanZhong capsule and catgut implantation at acupoints in treating functional dyspepsia （FD）. Methods：Altogether 120 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, both groups were given with omeprazole, 20mg each time, once per day;the treatment group accepted ZhiZhu KuanZhong capsule, three pills each time, three times per day, orally, and catgut implantation at acupoints, once every ten days. One course of the treatment was 30 days. Curative effects and the changes of symptom scales before and after treating were observed in both groups. Results： Cure rate of the treatment group was 36.7%, higher than 18.3% of the control group with significant difference （P〈0.05）. Total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.0%, superior to 78.3%of the control group with notable difference （P〈0.05）. Scores of the symptoms such as bloating, stomachache, belching, nausea, vomiting and others were decreased obviously after treating （P〈0.05）, the decrease of the treatment group was more notable （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：ZhiZhu KuanZhong capsule and catgut implantation at acupoints could obtain remarkable effects in treating functional dyspepsia.
