摘要
目的:探索在产科护理中实施人性化服务的临床效果。方法:将80例患者随机分为对照组和观察组各40例,对照组进行常规妇产科护理,观察组实施人性化服务,对2组患者及其家属进行满意度调查,对产妇进行焦虑情况评分并观察并发症发生情况。结果:观察组满意度、产妇焦虑以及并发症发生率显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:产科护理中的人性化服务有助于建立和谐护患关系、减轻患者焦虑等心理负担、控制并发症。
Objective:To explore clinical effects of personalized service carried out in the nursing for the pa-tients in department of obstetrics. Methods:Eighty patients were divided into the control group and the observation group, the control group were administered with routine care in department of obstetrics, and the observation group personalized service, satisfaction degrees of the patients and their family members were investigated, the anxiety of delivery woman was scored, at the same time, the incidence of the complications were observed. Results:The obser-vation group was remarkably superior to the control group in satisfaction degree, the anxiety of delivery woman and the conditions of the complications (P〈0.05). Conclusion:Personalized service in the nursing of department of ob-stetrics helps to establish harmonious relationship between the nurses and the patients, to relieve psychological bur-den of the patients and control the incidences of the complications.
