摘要
通过配制不同浓度(0、60、120、180、240、300 mg/L)纳米氧化硅(nSiO2)悬浊液,对3种绿藻四尾栅藻Scenedesmus quadricauda、普通小球藻Chlorella vulgaris和羊角月牙藻Selenastrum capricornutum进行连续胁迫10 d的毒性试验,测定nSiO2对3种绿藻蛋白质、脂质过氧化物丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)的影响。结果表明:(1)nSiO2胁迫对3种绿藻的生长均有一定抑制作用,在同一时间段内具有剂量效应;(2)nSiO2胁迫对3种绿藻的毒性效应表现在蛋白质减少,MDA升高,抗氧化性降低。
In view of the toxicity of nano-particles to aquatic organism which has drawn concerns of scientists, laboratory toxicity tests, which lasted for 10 days, were carried out with three green algae (Scenedesmus quadricauda, Chlorella vulgaris and Selenastrum capricornutum) and a kind of nano-matefial, i.e., nSiO2 suspensions in different concentrations of 0, 60, 120, 180, 240, 300 mg/L. The toxic effect of nSiO2 on the algae were investigated by measuring the parameters such as cell density, contents of protein, malonyldialdehyde (MDA), the activities of superoxide dismntase ,SOD) and catalase (CAT). Results suggested that: in general, growth of three algae species were inhibited under the stress of nSiO2, with the dose effect shown during the same time; and toxic effect of nSiO2 on three species were mainly reflected in the phenomena that protein content decreased and the antioxidant activity was reduced while the content of MDA increased.
