结合美国道路交通噪声污染预测模型(FHWA)和国内学者在该方面的大量研究成果,选择城市主、次干道监测点的建模采样数据,分析比较FHWA噪声预测模型的预测值,研究影响道路交通噪声的各个因子与道路交通噪声的相关性,提出符合实测道路交通特征的噪声污染统计噪声预测模型。随后应用噪声预测模型对监测点噪声污染进行预测,并与实测值对比验证后发现二者具有较高的一致性,此模型可应用在城市道路交通噪声污染的预测评价中。

Based on the forecast model of road traffic noise pollution, i.e. FHWA developed in the US, and a number of achievements by the domestic experts in this field, this paper aimed at developing a new kind of road-traffic noise predictive model which could meet the practical circumstances in the country. A typical city was studied as an example, involving noise sampling and monitoring on the city＇s main roads and secondary roads, and analyzing the monitoring data which were compared with the predicted values by FHWA. In addition, the correlationship between the road traffic noise and the factors influencing the traffic noise was investigated. Thereafter, the new predictive model was used in road traffic noise prediction. Through the experimental verification, the predicted values and the monitoring data were found highly consistent with each other.
