磁絮凝法强化煤制油废水处理的试验研究 被引量:20

摘要 通过对煤制油废水投加磁粉、聚合硫酸铁和聚丙烯酰胺进行磁絮凝反应,考察了磁粉的投加量、投加顺序以及pH等条件参数对絮凝效果的影响,初探了磁絮凝处理煤制油废水的可行性。试验结果表明:磁絮凝处理煤制油废水的效果要优于传统的混凝,磁粉的加入可以缩短絮体沉降的时间,絮体形成快且大而密实。在最佳的试验条件下,COD和浊度的去除率分别可以达到56.9%和99.7%。 A bench scale experiment was conducted to investigate magnetic flocculation of coal-oil production wastewater by adding magnetic powder in addition to polymeric-ferric-sulfate and PAM, aiming to enhance the coagulation and flocculation commonly practiced. Parameters affecting the flocculation efficacy were investigated, including dosage and sequence of the magnetic powder added, as well as pH of solution. The experimental results suggested that, compared with the conventional coagulation technology in treating coal-oil wastewater, magnetic flocculation was better in terms of shortened deposition time with the bigger and denser flocs formed; and COD removal rate of 56.9% and turbidity removal of 99.7% could be obtained under the optimized experimental condition.
