摘要
目的用HPLC法同时测定复方氯已定含漱液中葡萄糖酸氯已定和甲硝唑的含量。方法采用Agela Technologies C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)为色谱柱;以乙腈:磷酸-三乙胺缓冲液(pH为3.2,15∶85)为流动相;检测波长为280nm,流速1.0 ml·min-1。结果甲硝唑、葡萄糖酸氯已定回收率分别为97.05%、98.41%,RSD分别为0.59%、1.89%(n=9)。结论本方法快捷、简便、灵敏,可作为该制剂质量控制的有效方法。
Obiective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of chlorhexidine gluconate and metronidazole in compound gargle solution chlorhexidine giuconaie. Methods The content of psoralen and isopsoralen was assayed on an Agela Technologies C18( 250 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm) column with a acetonitrile-phosphoric acid triechylamine buffer( pH 3. 2,15∶ 85) mobile phase. The flow rate was 1. 0 ml·min- 1at a detection wavelength of 280 nm. Results The recovery of chlorhexidine gluconate and metronidazole was 97. 05% with RSD = 0. 59%( n = 9) and98. 41% with RSD = 1. 89%( n = 9) respectively. Conclusion This method is sensitive,simple and precise.
