摘要
目的探讨信息技术在药物临床试验数据管理中的应用。方法开发新的软件来管理数据。结果通过对数据录入校验、数据在线监督、数据挖掘,提高了药物临床试验的效率,减少了差错。结论利用信息技术帮助药物临床试验中心方便、快捷和准确地从临床收集药物试验数据,管理试验数据,并对数据进行加工利用。
Objective To explore the application of information technology in data management of drugs in clinical trials. Methods New software was developed to manage the data. Results Through mining the data input,data checking,data online supervision,the efficiency of drug clinical trials was improved and fewer errors were found. Conclusion IT can help drug clinical trials by quickly collecting data on drug clinical trials from clinical work.
